Many Baguio City residents know the Brent International School campus as a restricted area with limited access to students, teachers, employees, and other authorized persons. What many people do not know is that a new condominium has been built within the campus itself. Now, the campus grounds also allow access to its residents. Nothing can be more gratifying than a residence within a forested area in a city built on the mountains.

A Residence Within A Campus

Seven condominiums have been planned to be built within the campus as a joint Baguio Real Estate project between the Episcopal Diocese of the Philippines and the Brent International School. In fact, the Hamilton Hall, the first of the condominiums has already reached its completion last August, 2012. Today, some of the condominium’s units are currently occupied by lessees.

The condominium is leased for a long period of 50 years to people who are interested. However, in exchange, the lessees get to enjoy the benefits of living within the campus grounds. First of all, the pine trees around the condo building are a sight to behold. Every morning provides the fresh breeze of the cool Baguio air. Second, they are entitled to use the amenities within the campus, which include the jogging tracks, soccer field, basketball gym, and picnic grounds.

Baguio living at its finest

Baguio City is popular in the Philippines because of its mountain setting and cool weather. The only other place that can compare to the wonderful location of the city is Sagada in Mountain Province. Although Sagada may not be a city, it does provide the same cool breeze and pine-scented aroma that Baguio is known for.

Living within the Brent International School compound allows residents to enjoy the best of Baguio living. The cool weather, fantastic views of the city, and the quiet surroundings make it a perfect place for peace and relaxation. The chirping of the birds during the early hours of the morning and the foggy afternoons provide an air of heavenly mood. In addition, the prime location of the campus is definitely an asset because of its close proximity to popular tourist destinations and downtown Baguio.
