- *.qbx (Accountants Transfer Files)
- *.qby (Accountants Change Files)
After completing the search process, note down the location of files and move further.

- Launching a company file (.qbw) or an accountant's copy (.qba)
- You have to go to the File Menu and choose the open or Restore company file.
- Choose Open a Company File and move ahead by clicking on the Next.
- Choose the desired company file.

- Restoring a Backup (.qbb)
- You have to go to the File Menu and choose the open or Restore company file.
