WINAIR reintroduces code-share agreement with KLM

Winair is happy to announce that our code exchange arrangement with KLM has been extended. This agreement makes it quicker and more comfortable for passengers to connect. KLM and Winair offer flights to St. Barth, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Tortola. 

 

With this deal, KLM will add their flight code to locations served by Winair. Travelers are able to reserve flights to places served by both airlines with a single ticket. This means that customers can check in at any KLM or Winair location. They have their bags delivered to their final destination. And receive boarding permits for their entire journey in one go.

 

This collaboration will reinforce St. Maarten's International Airport (PJIA). status as a major northeastern Caribbean travel center. Increasing connectivity and tourism throughout the region. It enables tourists from Europe and beyond to make it smooth. Same-day connections to the Caribbean, with added peace of mind in the event of airline problems.

The St Maarten-based airline said on Facebook that travelers in St Barth, Saba. St Eustatius, St Kitts and Nevis, and Tortola can now make same-day connections. With the Dutch flag carrier via their hub at Princess Juliana International Airport.

 

WINAIR stated that the codeshare partnership provides travelers with perks. Such as a single ticket for their whole route. The option to check in at a KLM or WINAIR counter and luggage tagged to their ultimate destination.

The airline serves over ten Caribbean locations. It has code-sharing arrangements with several other airlines. These include British Airways, JetBlue, Caribbean Airlines, and Suriname Airways.
