American Airlines lost US appeal on Jetblue Partnership ruling barring
American Airlines' attempt to reverse a judge's ruling was denied by a US appeals court on Friday. It agreed with the US Department of Justice and determined Its now-defunct U.S. Northeast alliance with JetBlue Airways was anti-competitive.
