IndusInd Bank Supporting Indian Para-Athletes At The Paris Paralympics 2024

IndusInd Bank is proud to announce its partnership with the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) as the Official Banking Partner for the Paris Paralympic Games 2024. Building on the success of its groundbreaking sports CSR initiative, ‘IndusInd For Sports,’ the Bank continues to champion inclusion through sports, offering relentless support to Indian para-athletes as they compete on the global stage.

 

Since 2016, IndusInd Bank has used sports as a powerful tool to drive social change, focusing on empowering athletes and promoting inclusivity. The bank has played a key role in helping athletes overcome obstacles and achieve remarkable successes through the ‘Para Champions’ program.

 

In the Tokyo Paralympics 2020, 8 out of 19 India's medals were won by athletes supported through this program. This year, the Bank is enthused to support the Indian contingent once again, contributing to the team's impressive haul of 5 medals at the Paris Paralympics 2024, including 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 1 bronze.

 

The Bank’s latest campaign, ‘#HarKadamJeetKa’ is a sheer celebration of the steadfast spirit of Indian para-athletes and emphasizes IndusInd’s unwavering commitment to supporting them at every step of their exciting journey.
