The Delta website may allow
you to change your name if you booked your ticket online. Here’s how:
1. Visit the Delta Airlines website.
2. Fill out all booking
details on your account by logging in.
3. Tap “Manage My Travel” to
access it.
4. Enter your Delta ticket
details to search.
5. Click on the ticket to open
it.
6. Tap on the “Edit” icon in

8. Select ‘Change name’.

Delta Airlines Airport

your ticket at a Delta kiosk if you’re already at the airport. Follow these

1. Select “Check-in” at a
Delta kiosk.

number and last name.

accounts can be renamed, and the following modifications are possible:

When requesting a name change, please provide a copy of your
court documents (e.g. court order, marriage certificate, divorce certificate,
etc.)

Send a copy of your identity verification documentation (e.g.,
license, passport) along with your request to change your date of birth or
gender.

It is necessary to match the name on your SkyMiles account with
the name on your legal identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

Domestic &
International Name Correction Policy
Please contact Delta Reservations or Global Sales
Support when one or more of the following exclusions apply:

Aeromexico, Air France, KLM, Korean Air, or Virgin Atlantic
flights may be included in the itinerary
·
Including travel to/from China on the itinerary
·
Travel to/from India is included in the itinerary
·
The customer’s last name requires more than three corrections
·
Reissue the ticket if the name has already been corrected once
and needs to be corrected again
Minor name corrections can
be made without contacting Delta. For name changes before or after
ticketing, please follow these guidelines to ensure that the PNR is documented
correctly and to avoid cancellation:

This applies worldwide to Delta 006 tickets
·
The ticket must contain all Delta-operated flights (including
Delta Connection flights).
·
Ticket reissues for name corrections are limited to one per
passenger
·
The same passenger on the original reservation must be the
traveler
·
As on the original reservation, Secure Flight Passenger Data
(SFPD) remains the same
