Choosing the Wrong Color When Filling Them in

If you choose eyebrow products in a shade that exactly matches your eyebrow hairs, you are doing it all wrong. Unlike foundation, the color you use on your eyebrows should be a shade lighter than your hair because it will look more natural. The only exception is for people with extremely light eyebrows. You should go darker to define and add more color to them.

You Go Overboard With Makeup

One of the most common mistakes people make when doing their brows is going overboard. Yes, bold eyebrows are big right now but that doesn’t mean that you still cannot overdo them. From choosing a product that is a tad too dark to creating eyebrows that look bigger in comparison to other facial features, there is a lot that can go wrong. You should try and make them look as natural as possible.

You Follow Trends Blindly

Just because bushy brows are in doesn’t mean you have to get them, too. And chances are, not all trendy styles will suit you. So, even if one of those shapes doesn’t flatter your face shape, you can always find one that works for you.
