There are several different ways to build muscle quickly, though you'd need to really take into account how long it takes your body to recover. If you aren't doing too much exercise or not eating right, you'll find that a lot of your efforts are wasted. In addition to that, if you are not getting enough rest at night are not giving your body enough time to rest in between workouts, you will be wasting your time. Of course, you might notice that there are people that spend that much time in the gym and are huge or very toned. While this may look good now, if they ever stop spending that much time in the gym working out, nobody will revert back to a normal stage and a lot of their muscle will be left over as fat.
So,
ideally you'll want to focus on each of your muscle groups at least
once a week. You don't want to do them more than three times the week
either. If you do the same muscle group more than three times a week
your not giving it enough time to heal.
You really hindering your own efforts and you won't see as much progress. This will hurt you in other ways as well. You will start to get frustrated that what you're doing isn't helping and you might not stick with it. In reality, all you had to do was relax a little bit.
So, if you want to build muscle or get toned remember to balance out your exercises and to give your body enough rest, both at night, and in between workouts.
