My Favorite Food?
I remember, back when my dad was an honorable Knight of Columbus, when he would receive pounds and pounds of steak-meat (usually of cattle, but we would sometimes get some good venison or lamb).
He was raised on the East Coast (near Albany, New York), and there they made a special Spiedie marinade for all kinds of meat (of course there are different flavors for different kinds of meat, but they all taste 'Spiedie!')
Meat marinated in a pool of that marinade for a 24 hours, -grilled over an open flame and -unskewered onto an Italian bun carries with it Rob Salamida's memories of his hometown flavor, insured by the hours-and-hours spent making sure each-and-every bottle has exactly the right blend of herbs-and-spices!
