Can we earn money using free sites/webhosting? List of other questions inside

1)Does having a free site and free webhosting as well hamper our business to stay competitive and hard way to earn hits or traffic?

2)Can we be affiliated with both Google Adsense and Traffic Exhanges? Any problem with this?

3)Can you help list or refer to us businesses who offer not only paypal as their payment method for non-paypal countries....were from Manila, Philippines

4) Can you help identify for us to distinguish outright if the business we've signed up is not a scam?
