Let's be more conscious and wake up and one by one we can change the world into a better healthier place. It really doesn't take much effort. Anything is possible!
For example, instead of buying negative ionizers- with ozone... to clean your indoor air, purchase himalayan salt lamps, that require a night light bulb, low energy output, and are healthy for your lungs and ozone free. They work wonders! and every purchase helps people continue their work in the himalayas. :)
I know first hand that eco living needs to be the norm. I have dealt with mold issues and dampness with lead poisoning and a multitude of other toxic substances that effect me everyday. ex: propaine heaters that burn off glass wool fibers in the air...= cancer causing materials and lung issues. Very dangerous; and some of us, that is all we have... but drastic changes need to be made now... disease would not exist!
Another tip: shower filters! Great investment.... and they work wonders for health! :)
