Public banking Sector Jobs

Talking about public sector banks in India, they employ over 7 lakh Indian citizens at present. The interesting fact is that many of these people will be retiring in upcoming years and banks will hire bulk of Indian citizens to fill these posts. The largest public sector bank of India SBI (State Bank of India) recruits thousands of candidates every year no matter what the economic situation is.

Currently, each public sector bank conducts their own recruitment exam for recruitment of candidates in their bank. The basic criteria to join a bank are graduation in most of the public sector banks. Many banks even recruit directly for sr. management and other posts.
