The 3-week Annapurna circuit(Round Annapurna) is also most popular trek in Nepal. It passes through country inhabited by a wide diversity of the main Himalayan range on to the high and dry Tibetan Plateau.  The circuit is usually walked in counter clockwise direction because of the difficulties of crossing the Throngla pass traveling clockwise the longer ascent and shorter decent from west to east is too much for many people to Manang in 1 day. The height m of Throung la Pass is 5416m it is closed by snow from mid December to mid-April in this month the bad weather can move in at any time. The rely good weather and season for this pass is May- July and Mid of Sept- Mid of December. The circuit usually starts from Besi Sahar.
