• You can request Delta same-day flight change within 24 hours before the initially scheduled flight departure; however, the change is limited to the flight on the day of ticket issuance.
• Silver Medallion members, SkyMiles regular members, and non-members can only fly on standby flights earlier than their original flights on the same day.
• Delta Diamond Medallion, Platinum, and Gold members can be on standby at any time on the same day as the original flight.

Customers eligible for Same-day Standby also have a Standby Upgrade facility. This option allows passengers to upgrade their flight by paying a small fee.
