Sauces are mainly used in your daily food as it adds flavors to your food. The sauces can easily be made at home or else nowadays it is easily available in stores. Various condiments can be used by you in your daily food like soy sauces, Indian hot sauce, and mustard, etc.

Different types of condiments and there uses:

Mayonnaise – Mayonnaise is the best and the perfect dipping sauce for fries. Mayonnaise is available in different brand, variants and you can also make mayo at home. Mayo is thick cold condiments made of oil, egg yolk, and vinegar and lemon juice. Mayo is mostly used in different types of sandwich and as a dipping element for fries.

 Soy sauce – Soy sauce is been originated from China and is made of a paste of soybean, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus sojae molds. It is a condiment which is high in sodium; you can take it as a part of a healthy diet. Soy sauce gives color and add flavor to your food and is mainly used in Chinese dishes like Noodles and chowmein.

Tahini – Tahini is used as dips and sauces and is made from crushed sesame seeds. It is very easy to make tahini sauce you just need to mixt tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic, and water. Tahini sauce is used to do salad dressing, and to marinade, and is also used as a cooking sauce for meat.

Ketchup – Ketchup is mostly used as a dip for almost all the fries, burger, sandwich, etc. Tomato sauce is called as ketchup, it a thick paste made of tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, and other seasonings spices. It tastes as sweet and sour and can be made at home easily.

 Hot sauce – Hot sauces are mostly consumed by the people as you can enhance the taste of the food by just adding it. It can be used in cook food, as a dip and also for dressing salad. It is made with the combination of chili peppers, vinegar, and salt.

Mustard – Mustard is the condiments that you should have in your pantry as it can be used for various purposes like for salad dressing, dipping sauce, brats, and sausages, etc. The mustard sauce is made of mustard seeds, water, vinegar, lemon juice, wine, salt, and other flavorings spices. It is available in dark yellow and dark brown color.

The condiments mentioned above should be available at your pantry as these condiments enrich the taste, color, and texture of the food. These condiments are used for various purposes and are very easy and simple to make.
