1. Name your business - create a name, give your business a name that can brand what your are selling that will help in long terms success.
2. Vision- what would your business look like 10 years from now?
Think of how you may want to expand it in different area even countries, we have to think long term by including other branches or extra employees. 3. Mission statement -To make a difference in the projects of our clients so that their contribution to society help in building. tomorrow today.
4. Goals- We would like all clients to consider us as affordable, dependable and flexible service provider.
5. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities.
7. Financial plan - A financial plan will include a cash-flow forecast, a break even graph and projected profit and loss account. This will also include any investment you would need to start your business.
Now that I have share my simple business plan, make it a part of
