Its time to wake up & smell the coffee general scam warning
I've been in Internet Marketing for a long time.
I learned the hard way - there is no easy way.
HYIP, cash gifting, cyclers, doublers etcetera - they are designed to seperate you from your money or your time.
I've been active in Apsense for a little while and it distresses me to see some of the garbage that is being promoted by people who should know better, assuming that they are 18 and are of sound mind and body.
Lets cut to the chase
Paybox is a scam - pure and simple - the money isn't real - you are wasting your time.
This get $20 every week junk site that people are falling over themselves to promote is dangerous - don't believe me check out Dawie's blog post here
Don't fool yourself that what you are doing and promoting is harmless and it's only a little bit of money. If you promote something that is a scam you can go to jail.
If you don't believe me check out 12 Daily pro - just Google it - that was a case of the whole Internet Marketing community taking leave of their senses. People lost their homes over that one. Some people lost their freedom.
Their is good money to be made on the Internet - if you are prepared to work hard and build an online business.
Forget clicking for a few cents and if I see another Ask Apsense question that says how can I earn more money here. I think I'll lose the rest of my hair. This is not a PTC site - it is a legitimate online networking site - treat it as such and you will be rewarded - as you sow so shall you reap.
There is nothing new under the sun - money does not appear from nowhere. Find a niche that needs filling, then find suitable products to sell it and build a real business.
I feel better now

Be warned about Virtuapay which is Paybox.me
And although I cannot prove it, I firmly believe that Direct Pay profits is also Paybox. Neither of the gentlemen that the marketing claims is behind it promote it or even mention itin their personal blogs yet it is a program that they created. The Direct Payprofits site is identical to both Vituapay and paybox and both Virtuapay and DPP suddenly appeared when Paybox disappeared.

Hi Mark! I'm new around.Glad this article showed up in the feed.I was aware of this one,- paybox- thow.I'm glad also to have found Apsense before I feel tempted to join this or that without warning. I'm not that type od person but we are not "that type of person" until we fell for it. You are right in so many ways. Online business is no different from other business. But people believe in the "easy way" more easily when they see it on screens. It's the "screen effect"! Much like what happened w

Just as a follow up, my latest blog post identifies a program where the fine print says "Statistics show that 99.9% of people using this software will not make money" If it wasn't so sick it would be funny

Paula, I'm tempted to use the first 7 words of your post and create a blog with those words as the title. It would be easy to write the title, but difficult to write the article itself. Also, I guess messing with you is dangerous. :)

Internet business; tempting, easy, difficult and dangerous. All at the same time. Easy because you do not need any diplomas or paperwork to start one. Tempting because many opportunities do not only promise a way out of misery but a villa + Ferrari on top.
Difficult because it takes time to learn the several skills needed to become a successful online business. Dangerous mainly because people are impatient and unprepared and become a prey for scammers.

Hi Mark, It's good to see someone else speaking out about Paybox. I wish more people would realize how much of a scam it is. It's clear people don't read their Terms of Service. It says right there the money is Paybox currency, not dollars.

I do for others what I would like them to do for me. I would like to be told I'm about to stick my hand in a hornets nest BEFORE I do so and avoid getting stung, than to have someone watch me get stung and tell me after the fact "Oh by the way, that's a hornet's nest."

Cheryl, that's exactly what i try to do. By just helping one person staying out of trouble and maybe saving them money, makes me feel great. People defending scams, especially on an open forum like this, i love it. At the end it just points to the type of characters they are, and they can be pi**ed of at me for saying this.
I am like a duck, their comments are the water running down my back, expose you i will, i don't care who or what you are, it's up to you to proof US wrong.

Although many don't want to hear it and will argue till they are blue in the face, if it's a scam say something. Let them argue till the cows come home, who cares. If they want to get scammed that's their business and more power to them. However if you can save one person from going down with them, you have been that person's guardian angel and saved them a lot of grief.

FOR THOSE WHO THINK IT'S "IMPOLITE-NOT KOSHER-WRONG-AGAINST SOME UNSEEN REGULATION, LAW OR SUEABLE (& best-of-all) AGAINST GOD'S WILL; "Exposing other web sites for what they REALLY represent is an O.K. TO-DO THING"!
So it's O.K., Kathy; you keep telling everyone EXACTLY who the RIP-OFFS are.....

I was reading some blog comments at the BBB site, I copied some of the scams people fell for..I hope it's okay for me to do this:
Internet Cash Machines is the BIGGEST ripoff ever. They say it's accredited by the BBB with a little sticker on the page, but it's not. They say it's only $2.97, but it's actually a scam. PLEASE BEWARE.
i saw a advertisement for internet cash machine for $139.99 have your own website mall. if you join right now they would waive the $139.99 charging your creditc

I was lucky I hope. I joined and right after read the fine print where it told how these weren't real $'s but hypothetical money. Thanks Mark for the heads up though. :)

Actually I meant to add that I just watched the movie BoilerRoom last night. It reminds me so totally of this Paybox scam it's not funny. Although it deals with stock market trading, the whole set up is almost exactly the same.

I am so glad to see someone else speak out about this one. This one is very well hidden by a huge fig leaf. Namely it is copycatting a legitimate payment processor called Paybox. The Scam is Payboxme.
The legitimate Paybox Processor is regulated and only deals in actual legal tender. Foreign currencies yes but all are recognized legal tender. The differences are hard to spot. The urls are very close but different. The Logos are identical except for the color scheme. However if you v
