Help for MY APSense Express?
I have a problem. My APSense Express is broke. It is a pain trying to keep up without this thing! I hope someone can help me!
This is what is happening.....
The program opens, I log in, and the main page that says APSense Express is displayed with the choices to left. When I try to click on a link (ex. watchlist) it says "The requested resource is in use"
The only thing I can get to work is the bulletin.
And when I try to exit, I get the below message repeadly until my computer hangs up and I have to restart.
Access violation at address 0043B8B4 in module "ApsenseEpress.exe". Read address ====
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and everything else I can think of.....
Anyone else having a problem? Can you help me fix this?

I am happy to report that with BJ's help, my apsense express is NOW working properly!
WOOHOO!
He suspected download corruption so he sent me a zipped copy of his apsense express and it worked!
Hats off to you BJ - you didnt give up on me....LOL You stuck with me until the problem was solved... I bet you are a great upline/mentor! I appreciate it very much!

Although it looks like I have a bigger problem. Jeff suggested System Restore which was a really great idea and one I had not thought of but now my system restore won't open either!
UGH!!!! Frustrating day!

Hi Emily,
Sorry I can't help you. I did have this problem a while back, but completely wiped
A Express from my PC and downloaded it again.
That seemed to fix the problem.
I see you've already uninstalled and reinstalled though, so haven't any other
suggestions to make.
Although if you uninstall, switch of the PC at the wall, restart completely and then
download AE again it may just work. Don't know why this happens but is does
sometimes do the trick.

As you can see i found the thread.
I see you have tried uninstall and install without success.
So next step I would take is download the APE again.
then uninstall the existing copy and then reboot the PC.
When the PC has restarted then try installing the newly downloaded APE
Again reboot (as you should when installing any new software)
Let me know if this works.

It is updated and I did uninstall and reinstall....

Have you attempted to update it.
Once updated you may need to rebbot your PC again
If that doesn't work try deleting everything and download it again
Not sure what else to tell you.
Any techies out there
