Dear all business partners, You may have noticed in your genealogy report that there are active and pending members in your organisation. Active members have received their confirmation email, after registering on your link, and have clicked on the link in that email to activate themselves and therefore have received their welcome email with their affiliate link. Pending members, however, have not as yet clicked on the link in the confirmation email. There are a number of reasons for this: 1. They have received the email but not clicked on the link in that email. Solution: Contact them and ask them to do so in order to activate their account. 2. They have not received the confirmation email at all (it is because their ISP's spam filter has stopped the email reaching their inbox). Solution: Contact all your pending members and ask them to check their spam folder or junk mail folder. Also, ask all your pending team members to white-list the following email domains: @vwdmail.com and @vwd-e.com so emails from addresses like admin@vwdmail.com, evo@vwd-e.com, etc will go directly into their inboxes. The company will be sending all pending members their confirmation email several times over the course of the next few weeks, so the sooner they white-list the above email address the sooner they will receive the confirmation email, and they can get themselves activated. In addition, you should take the following precautions to reduce the number of pending members in your team: In all your promotional material and marketing campaigns just below your affiliate link, add this text: NB: Please white-list these email domains: @vwdmail.com and @vwd-e.com in your email account, before you continue with your registration, so you receive your confirmation email from the company. Otherwise your ISP's spam filter may stop this email reaching you, and your account can not be activated. It is also important you add your "GUEST LOGIN" below your affiliate link in all of your promotional activity, as some of your prospects are not landing on your affiliate link, but instead are landing on the company's generic site. If this happens they can not register, and instead they have to request a "guest login" from the company. As the company does not know who these people are they send out a guest login at random, which means you could lose a potential rep. Your guest login is your username, so for example my affiliate link is: www.evolutioniscoming.com/EVO154558YS Therefore my guest login is EVO154558YS.
