Street Articles - Is it still alive?

Very good site with Domain Authority = 44, Google PR =3, Alexa rank = 71K and MOZ Rank =6. Last time I successfully posted on this site it was in May and, it took just a few hours to get online. But since that time something happened - my last article I submitted in June is still pending and no new artilces appear on the site since June 6.
