My question, my topic is just simple. Do we have to win all of our business offer here or we better just do what we have to do? Just doing our part as a good friend here? Do the business just like a businessman or just doing business by your heart? Which one do you think will gain more good result?

I think that any business you do on here or real world has to start with a relationship. I mean even in department stores. No one wants to shop where the clerks are not friendly or at least pretend to be. I think business should be build on respect and relationships.
