This has now been fixed... only admins of groups may use this feature.

Yes... tops and visits are counted. Also when an admin has locked it, please don't unlock it. We are working on correcting this.

When a question has been answered then you may lock it. Or if a topic has run its course you may lock it. So no other comments are added.
