What Are We Doing Here Anyways? Really?

Well, I came here as a total newbie. Figured it would be a good place to learn and I was right.

I have made some very good friends also. that is a bonus. That is what keeps me here.

I think I don't contribute as much as I used to in the beginning because for a while, we got overrun with ads everywhere. And hands up, I was a big offender!!! But we all learn, some of us quickly, some a bit more slowly. Some have the experience and knowledge to pass on, some of us don't.

Now that i have a spare moment, I'm here because of the people I meet. I have a chance to meet people, help people and educate people. In the process I learn from all of you. Each of us brings something different to the table. Each of us brings something but we take away much more than we bring.

I figure that all of you will get to know me. I don't need to "sell" As you get to know me you'll look into what I have to offer. I don't need to spam or down anyone else. Those are the children

If there is one primary example of how we joined together in friendship and trying to help one another it's in the groups we've formed like Social Bookmarking....we ALL CONTRIBUTED! Same with a few other groups where we all worked together to grow and expand our businesses and ourselves. While I used to think I preferred places like Yuwie and MyLot, I found this site was my first stop every day instead of the others, or the one I made time for when I wasn't feeling good. Why am I here?

Apsense is here to be what you want it to be but it it only works well if you are able to see that

Although I have not yet seen the feedback I would like to, it is already evident that there is much more to APSense than advertising as far as some members are concerned. I am still a little confused as to why none of the leaders or more acurately the people behind the creation and management of this community have yet to shed any light on the issue. I understand you guys are probably busy like a lot of community members likely are and as some have stated here in this discussion already. What

Why am I here? To learn and to help mainly. If in the process I make a sale or two, that is all a bonus! My main objective is to help others develop their own online businesses, be it through Affiliate Programs, Resale Products, Memberships or even creating their very own product!

Well, for me. My sponsor brought me into APSense showing me that i can advertise my business. But i realised its more than just that.

APSense is almost simliar to some business forums in my opinion. i believe the reason is that APSense is a BUSINESS social networking site, so many join APSense for the name of BUSINESS. and of course, there are bound to be many black sheeps who would spam and create trouble.

Other social networking site which are just purely for socializing, like Myspace ,

I came here fleeing from a community that had been full of interesting information and interesting people and had turned into one big advertising blog full of petty backbiters and silly online power struggles..

I hoped to find ......... a new community full of interesting information and interesting people and one with a broader base than pure "internet network marketing" (whatever that really is!!) where I could start up an arts and

I am here to learn, earn and pass on whatever I can to others. I like to help and I like to make money.
I do believe that by helping, passing on and building long lasting, honest relationships you will make money as well.

I came into this social network for exactly what it's meant for. To socialise with other business people like-minded or otherwise. Some of us my not be here as often as others. As with most businesses, there are seasonal highs and lows where you may be more involved with your business than taking time out to network. I get here when I can but lately not for as long as i would like.

Why am I here? I honestly don't know as I hesitated for the longest time. I really was intimidated by all the "blog" action, but the social aspect intrigued me from the get go. I am really really really tired of mindlessly clicking links, reading e-mails, and surfing for traffic with absolutely NO feed-back what's so ever. I find I am a social person after all and I absolutely love meeting different personalities (and boy are they different) online, reading about different cultures and learn

Anyway, I was saying among other things that what we have hear on potential benefits maybe too much for most. It maybe a good idea to have a bit more structure and fewer groups.

How about auctions not just for ad space but other digital products sorted by type of ebook, kind of program, software or script. A social games area maybe good where members get scored and learn about real team work ...
