How is that they can be used???? are there any Websites wherein they allow other to put their BANNERS???

Look at traffic exchange sites, they allow you to put up your own banners on their sites. A lot of websites also have spaces for others to advertise on, just look for 'advertise at this space' or similar and you can also contact the website owner about it.

There are services that allow traffic Banner Exchanges, these can work if a busy membership.
I think a place I used was Bannersgo MLM.
Not sure if they still operate??
Somewhere there is a program on this site, its called Banner buddy.
On group is promoting it.

If u have your own site, u can cut the HTML code of the banners and paste it at your site...
