I mailed support and no return mail there either.
But Im not a quitter. I will keep trying for a while.

Hi Sharon,
Just wanted to check back with you concerning the problem. I found out that the reason it wouldn't download for me was because I was also running my Itunes Music Station. Once I closed that and then downloaded it downloaded without any problem. So may I suggest you close all other windows before you download the desktop marketer.
