what are goals? we hear so much about them. Do they really matter? How does that affect us?
Can we achieve anything if we do not set goals for ourselves?
Just like a football match, goals must be scored before the winner can be determined. Without goals, there is no aim and without aim there is no target. Setting goals do align your mind to work, providing energy for its
accomplishments.

Stephen A. Brennan said, 'Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.'

Earl Nightingale said,'People with goals succeed because they know where they're going."

So we see here that goals give you a direction. it is NOT enough to just make goals, you need to make REALISTIC GOALS.

So which goals are you making for the new year that has come upon us?

Your goals must be set on two  PRINCIPAL terms:
1. Short term
2. Long term

You must be able to classify what you want to achieve this year into the above 2 groups without which your desires will have no substance and thus not fulfilled.
Categorize your immediate desire into the short term and your anticipated
desire into the long term.
The essence of doing this is to concentrate your energy into a specific task.
Culminated desires result in frustration, chaos, disorderliness and abortion. Group them. It makes it easier to get them accomplished.
Focusing on the task ahead per time enhances non anxiety, reduction of stress,
low blood pressure, energy, clear mind and visions, true decision making,
excitement etc. set your goals towards the realization of what you want to achieve this year.
