There are 130 km of perfectly prepared cross-country skiing tracks which are popular among beginners, professional skaters and pleasure cross-country skiers alike. Skiers and snowboarders will find their terrain in the Gaissau-Hintersee skiing area, which is approx. a 30-minutes drive away. It is particularly popular among families with children. You will find a giant slide into the lake, a Children’s sand bay, a children's pool, large lawns with shady trees, a heated sport pool with Jacuzzi jets and indoor access and a rest lounge which can be booked for events.
