Kristina R. Whittenburg achieved a lifelong career goal when she passed the State Bar of Texas in April of 2015, allowing her to make her way back to her home turf after a long stint in Indiana.

In addition to being licensed in Texas, Whittenburg is also licensed to practice law in Indiana (2008). She graduated from Indiana University with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD) in 2008, and she has also received a B.A. in Biology from Purdue University (2005), and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University (2005).

Whittenburg says that she is excited to practice in her hometown of Dallas where many of her friends and most of her family live. She focuses her practice on personal injury, small business litigation, family law, and small business patent law.
