In partnership with other Parkinson's organizations and a powerful grassroots network, PAN educates the public and government leaders on better policies for research and an improved quality of life for people living with Parkinson's. More information about PAN can be found at parkinsonaction.org.
In order to fund important initiatives, the tournament organizers are seeking businesses and individuals to play and help sponsor this worthwhile cause. Player and Sponsorship forms can be obtained from MyBrainDomain.com or by calling Kerstin at 864-449-2542.
Proceeds will be used for education, awareness, and to provide scholarships for South Carolina Parkinson's activists to attend the 2016 PAN Forum in Washington DC to urge Congress to continue the approximately $139 million in total National Institutes of Health (NIH) Parkinson's Research Funding out of a total $30 Billion NIH budget.
The Yeagers and their committee invite upstate residents to consider playing in or becoming a sponsor of the event.
