Prince Harry Inspires Local Business To Join The War Against Rhino Poaching
Rhinorails announced today they would be donating £5 from all their main product-line sales to help in the fight against rhino poaching in Africa and Asia. After discovering that Prince Harry had recently joined an army unit in the Kruger National Park in South Africa as part of that government's anti-poaching campaign, they were inspired to take action and join the fight.
According to Save the Rhino International ?Rhinos are facing an escalating poaching crisis at the moment and unless something dramatic is done to protect them they will go extinct in the wild". In 2015 rhino poaching reached unprecedented levels in South Africa, which has the highest rhino population in the world, and has caused experts to warn that rhinos could go extinct in the very near future unless something dramatic is done to protect them.
Rhinorails sales manager Grant Wallett says they've always admired Save the Rhino International and the work they do helping the five remaining species of rhino. He said they're thrilled to be able to give to an organisation that has given so much and done so much good over the years; ?We hope that other local and international businesses will be inspired to support this and other worthwhile causes".
He said anyone who purchases a Rhinorail will now know; not only do they get the best in design, energy consumption and heat distribution but they'll also be helping to protect the remaining species of rhino for future generations.
