Effective ways to level fast in FFXIV

No matter you are beginners or skilled players, you want to know the fastest ways to reach full level. This is a guide for all FFXIV players to level fast. Some are tips and some recommendations. There are several approaches to reach full level, but I will give the pros and cons of each method. After reading this guide, you will have a better understanding of the mechanism of this game. And if you don’t want to know, just skip to the conclusion.

First part is main quest recommendation.
Almost most of the copies are unlocked by completing main quest. And some important functions such as transferring and flying to airship are unlocked by finishing main quests. So whatever methods to leveling, the core task is to finish as many main tasks as you can.

Because many main quests has its level limit. If you can’t reach the responding level, you can go on. When encounter this situation, you need to catch up other idea to keep going on.

Vocational and special vocational tasks (recommended)

Every five level will unlock a new job tasks, and you can get the key skills, weapons and equipment as rewards. When reaching level 30, this will help to unlock special quest. Not like the main quest, but it is better to complete as you need to use them to unlock special jobs and key skills.

There are random quests triggered on the map. When you arrive this area, just kill mobs. The rewards are quite decent and it is the most popular way to level. Crisis task becomes quite difficult to finish and it is only as a compensation for copy. So if you don’t have good team, you can give up.

In version 2.1, the best way to level is to finish the random copies to get rich exp rewards. Every random copy per day can help you get one level increase. And if you follow the close copy, you are likely to get two level. So you should ensure all the seven random quest finished. As the rewards will become richer withe your level increase, it is not need to start at 2:00 pm. You can start when you leveling. Another skill is to dismiss the copies on the way and go straight forward to kill the boss. You are lucky, it only costs two minutes to kill a boss and you get nice amount exp. After finishing the random task everyday, the second quest is with less exp and no any especial reward except for lack jobs. It is not suggested to do two random quests per day.
