Maybe you are a new player of FFXIV, you are looking for guide to level up. If you are good at playing MMORPGs, this guide may be too easy. However, I will tell you the tips to level up in case of wasting time and FFXIV Gil.
Basic tips before start!
- Make sure you have enough FFXIV Gil and bring some food (and your level consistent), it makes you have a 3 percent gain experience points.
- Before 15, you do not need to buy weapons and armor, as you will quickly pass this level segment, saving at your most.
- Whatever you do, make sure you keep running the main quests, because if you don’t unlock the Flying Boat, you can get out of the town though you reach level 15. It is free for the first time in story mission, and then it will charge you!
1-15:
This is a rapid leveling stage, what you need to do is to know about the new environment and get your professional guidance.
Tips: Make sure you always go along with the quest, which will increase your understanding of your professional skills.
When reach level 3, you will begin to leave the town to carry out the journey around the suburbs. Do destroy small monsters tasks (FATE task) will give you a lot of experience.
Tip: Even if you have exceeded the current level FATE task, it is still worthy your going because of the experience. The higher level you get doesn’t mean the quest is better. The suggestion is that the level should close to the quest requirement as much as possible so that you can get more EXP rewarding. For example, you may get more rewards from a lower level quest that a higher level quest.
When reaching level 5, you will receive a quest on hunting log. If you complete this quest at this level, you will get a series of nice equipment.
For level6-15, you’d better follow the main quest, and you can have good understanding of the background story in FFXIV. More skills and battles will be unlocked in this process. Your hunting quests will be unlocked to level 5 and other levequest and Guildhest quest will be unlocked to level 10.
The hunting quest will bring you to many areas in low-level places. You will get a decent amount exp as compensation for the time spending on leveling.
Tip: Once you have completed the quest of hunting each area, you will get a lot of experience points.
Levequests task a bit like a small FATE, you will be asked to perform a variety of quests: to fight with small monsters, shouting someone to go home for dinner, to find a certain throw bricks, etc. One thing to remind is that these quests have the time limit, so quick to drop everything at hand to do it once receiving it.
Tip: Levequests tasks have quantitative restrictions, so you need to complete step by step, these tasks will reward good experience and FFXIV Gil.
Guildhests task (10), every five levels will be unlocked two Guildhests, and you get a lot of experience and gil reward when the quest is completed at your first time. Guildhests quests can completed repeatively, but not so much experience can be gained than the first time, but it is still a good way to gain experience.
Upgrade Recommended:
- Do as many F.A.T.E quests as you can.
- Don’t go away from the main quest.
- When you do the main quest, you can accept some quests within your ability to obtain sufficient experience so that you can unlock new hunting tasks and F.A.T.E.
- Try not to use Guildhests and Levequests upgrade your main job, because your deputy jobs will needs more rewarding experience.
When you reach 15, these quests can meet your exp demand for level to 16 , you just have to do a few quests to get the rest of the experience.
