Before I share this simple system let me tell you why things aren’t going so well...the big problem is we are conditioned to fail!
We follow people who have everything right now and want that instant success which is like trying to make a billion dollars in one day.
Unfortunately, we never look at how long it took them to get the success we desire. The energy and sacrifices made to have it all someday in the future.
Selling Made Easier
Concentrate on your customer’s interest. Their wants, desires, needs and fantasy type lifestyle. Have answers to their questions.
…that’s it!
Always learn from your customers and those who will share info on how improve your customers experiences. As you do this, day after day you will get better at it and your customers will reward you for it.
You will begin to see things’ flowing into your life at a much faster pace than before...today is the day to start flourishing!
Sell your stinky shoes comes from the fact that you can sell anything to someone at any time. Again, focus on your customers and the product or service you are selling.
Do those things above to get a better…car…house and cash flow will come into your life before you know it.
Coming into a Selling Zone
When you have one focus, your customer’s interest without distractions you will get into a zone. In this zone you will achieve sells beyond belief.
A great product that you are knowledgeable about and customers that you care about equals to dreams and goals accomplished.
The funny thing about it is the things you want right now won’t matter much once you get into a “selling zone.” It’s like a drug without the harmful effects.
Short Story:
The city of Detroit at a time when I was a teen was something like 80% black and the only mentor that took a solid interest in me was a Chinese American business man.
He stopped me one day and asked me with a heavy accent “why you no successful.” I told him that I didn’t know, he sighed…
Long story short, he took me under his wing for 65 days teaching me the ins and outs of business. The first day was the one I will never forget…
He took me to his house and proceeded to take his shoes off at the door, so my natural reaction was to do the same. I realized that I had my old smelly work boots that I loved, on…
I told him it is better that I don’t take my boots off they may smell. He assured me that it will be OK then began lift my boots up to his nose and took a big whiff.
I made some funny noise that startled him…he said that I should sell stinky boots. “No” I yelled, I told him they are my favorite, besides no one will buy my stank boots anyway.
That is when the bet was on…if I lost I would have to work for him for 65 days for free as I learn his business. If I won which I didn’t he would give me $5,000 and pay me to learn his business.
We jumped in his car were he jumped right into business talk with how he starts his day off and why. I loved every second of it absorbing every fiber as if my life depended on it. I could see the excitement in his face as he noticed my attention.
We stopped at lonesome building that looked like it seen it’s better days about 30 years ago. As the door opened so did my jaw as it must have been the most beautiful decorated store I have ever seen.
I wanted to look at and touch everything but I stayed glued to my mentor as he spoke. “I have the perfect solution for your ultimate project” he said in the clearest English I have ever heard him. She looked as if to challenge his wisdom, though waving her fingers for him to go on.
He opened up the bag with my boots in them. I forgot to mention he bought me a pair of new boots before we got there. She immediately picked the boots up towards her aged but beautiful face, deeply inhaling.
This whole group is crazy I thought but curiosity was getting the best of me at that point. Her hair was pure white and long almost down to her waist area it seemed to dance as she scurried about, then disappearing in the shadows.
“Perfect” she said as she handed me $200 then yelled for both of us to leave.
The ride back to his house was silent until we arrived, then I just pointed with my thumb indicating the lady about what happened. He smiled at me and walked towards his front door. I got it! It took a few steps but I got it!
It was 65 days of pure torment working for him especially for free but I would do each over with pleasure. In those days the fear, doubt and listening to negativity of others died! He showed me how to kill those demons then success have to show up.
