Current Housing Scheme by the Development Authorities of India

In the world of modernization and we can’t turn our face from inflation and poverty. The government of India take many steps for providing home to economical weaker and lower income group of our society and one of the best step is Government Housing Scheme.

Government of India made many development authorities and housing boards who construct infrastructure development and houses for all categories of the society. All cities and States of India has its own housing board and development authority which construct infrastructure development like Roads, Expressways, Flyovers, Industrial corridors etc and these development authority also provide houses to needy people of the society by launching New Housing Scheme.

Last Year, In 2014 the development authority of capital of India (Delhi) had launched approx 24034 flats for all categories like EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG. Delhi Development Authority had received about 10,00,000 registration forms for its housing scheme and now DDA refund the money for unsuccessful applicants and give allotment letter to successful applicants.

Except from DDA, many other housing schemes are currently running in the other state of India under which numbers of flats are on offer. Here is the list of currently running housing schemes.

UPAVP Ambedkarpuram Yojna No. 3: UPAVP (Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parisad) is the development authority of Uttar Pradesh which launched housing scheme in Bramhawart Apartments Sector-E, Kanpur. Under the Ambedkarpuram Yojna No. 3 total 44 multi-storey flats are on offer middle income group. Start Date of Registration: 20 December 2014, Last Date of Registration: 19 January 2015.

EWS & BPL Housing Scheme By Housing Board Haryana: HBH invites applications for 11992 flats under the EWS/BPL housing scheme in different locations of Haryana. This housing scheme is only launched for economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. Start Date of Registration: 22 December 2014, Last Date of Registration: 21 January 2015.

Residential Flat/Plot scheme by Kanpur Development Authority: KDA Kanpur launched housing scheme for economical weaker section, lower income group, middle income group, high income group & the scheme contains number of flats in different locations of Kanpur in which both plots and flats are on offer. Start Date of Registration: 21 December 2014, Last Date of Registration: 20 January 2015.

PUDA Free Hold Residential Plot Scheme: PUDA is the development authority of Punjab which construct all type of infrastructure development & housing construction in the state of Punjab. Under the housing development PUDA invite application for 251 free hold plots under the residential plots scheme. The plots are located in PUDA enclave on Bhawanigarh Road, Nabha. Start Date of Registration: 22 December 2014, Last Date of Registration: 20 January 2015.

Rajasthan Housing Board New Housing Schemes: After the allotment of RHB 19 housing schemes the board again launched 9 new housing schemes for all categories.

 

  • Partapur Housing Scheme, Partapur (150 Flats for EWS, LIG, MIG-A Category)
  • Kuri Bhagtasani Housing Scheme, Jodhpur (80 Flats for MIG Category-A)
  • Mansarovar Housing Scheme, Jaipur (93 Flats for MIG Category B Category)
  • Jhalawar Housing Scheme, Jhalawar, Kota (35 Flats for LIG, MIG-A Category)
  • Indira Nagar Housing Scheme, Jaipur (452 Flats for LIG, MIG Category)
  • Manpur Housing Scheme at Abu Road, Manpur (98 Flats for MIG-A, MIG-B, HIG Category)
  • Manpur Housing Scheme Abu Raod, Manpur (135 Flats for EWS, LIG Category)
  • Govind Nagar Housing Scheme, Rajsamand (31 Duplex Flats for MIG Category-A & B Category)
  • Chopasni Housing Scheme, Jodhpur (56 Flats for MIG Category-B, HIG Category)

Start Date of Registration: 19 December 2014, Last Date of Registration: 18 January 2015.



MP Housing Board EWS/LIG Housing Scheme: Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board invites applications for its new EWS and LIG housing scheme under which total 102 flats are on offer for economical weaker section and 35 flats for lower income group. The flats are located in Deodhar Mandal. The registrations are open for the scheme which was started from 15 December 2014 and the last date of registration is 15 January 2015.

These housing schemes are currently launched by the housing board and development authorities. The cost of flats and plots under these schemes are very less as compare to the market price. It is the best way to providing house for needy people of the society.
