I didn’t find it too funny. It’s never funny when old friends are fading right before your very eyes.

My friend (let’s call him Bill, Markus, Oliver or :) Shakespeare... ) was one of the healthiest guys I’ve ever known.
- But over the last year his health started to deteriorate.
As "Bill, Markus, Oliver & more told me their story (lower energy, allergy symptoms, inability to focus, and so on …) I got a hunch and asked if I could pop by his apartment. When I arrived for dinner at Bill e.g. the next night I almost immediately knew his problem.

Bill wanted his life back and his wife wanted her husband back.
OK, wanting it wasn’t the problem. But knowing what the problem was, and knowing that there was a way to solve it, replaced hopelessness with hope.
