Achieving Resolutions
Achieving Resolutions - Make Your Plans Come True
To most people it's easier to say it than really doing it.
With New Year everybody has an opportunity to start with a fresh and clean slate. Still, most people (9 out of 10) will not keep their resolutions. Would it be to lose weight, build a business, quit smoking, and find a romance?
So for most people it's easier to say it than really do it.
I am pretty sure that we all want better lives for ourselves and improve our life in every area that we can. But somehow when it comes to achieving resolutions most people quit.
Today I went to gym and heard 2 guys talking and they asked from each other, did you made any resolutions for this year? He answered” No, because I am sure that I will not accomplish them also if I do make them I will not keep them that are just years of experiences. He said it at laughing tone, like it's a joke and other guy laughs it and said, yes same story here.” For them it seemed like a joke but for that moment I felt sorry for these guys. They live their lives so comfortably and without taking change training to improve their lives.
I started to think why most people don't or even don't even make anymore any resolutions for coming year.
The number one reason why New Year’s resolutions fail isn’t feasibility or a lack of motivation.
Achieving Resolutions - What's holding you back?
You have become overwhelmed by the goals you see for yourself.
