As you know the building is fixed and the final preparations are in the works for the sale. So before Christmas the sell should be done and your bonuses will be distributed by the first of the year.

Moving on your recent bonus through PayPal should be in all account by this weekend. Through your hard work this was made possible and the efforts of your team. So pat yourself on the back for your success.

As you know I had been out of commission for a while and you guys went beyond what you were asked to do! I have assign one director to take over things as you know who will prep you to take over new groups that you will take over soon.

I must say that you guys and gals have moved along much faster than any other group that I have started. I am very excited about your future and if you are having any problems contact me directly, thanks for everything.

If you do feel too much pressure on being on your own you can always help me with the new groups that I’m creating. This way you can take your time or you may not want to be on your own. I will always have you best interest at heart so let’s go forward!
