As a computer service experts  I see  more error  messages than anyone  should  in a lifetime listed  below  are troubleshooting  guides  for  some of them  more common error  messages  that my users see on their computers.

We would like to tell that that 404 error comes because it is customized by the particular website so keep in mind that 404 errors may show up in just about any way imaginable depending on what website it’s shown from.

• The requested URL [URL] was not found on this server.
• HTTP 404

• 404 Page Not Found

• 404 Not Found. This error  can appear in any browser  and in any  operating system  and most of the time this error  displays  inside  the internet browser  window  just pages do.
• In internet explorer  the message  the  webpage  cannot  be found  usually it will show  HTTP 404 internet server   and sometime you can see  400 bad request  error  is another possibility means it is an another form of  error. You can check to see that error IE is referring to by checking for either 404 or 400 in the title bar.
• 404 errors received  when opening links  by Microsoft  office  applications generate a the internet  site  information in text form  that the  item  you requested  could not be found  message  inside  the Microsoft  office program.
• HTTP 404 .It is an HTTP status error code it means that the page you were trying to reach on a website could not find on the server.
