Idea of how to prevent spontaneous, unplanned crime.

This is not a commercial article and it can make money only for those who will implement this idea into action (or for those who will appropriates and will patent this idea). 

I hope that in the future, this article will save the people from the rapes, murders and other disasters.

My idea can't save people from planned crime, but I'm sure that it will prevent spontaneous, unplanned crime.

So, idea is very simple. The bigest part of poeple in the world already have a powerful weapon - cell phone. And the world already have another powerful weapon - internet.

Ofcourse, if someone will try to record video with crime in their phone, he/she runs the risk double because it is likely phone will be taken away and a person can be punished for that tried to record video.

And now imagine, what happens if the victim will turn cell phone against criminal and will say "Sorry, but video with your face is recorded in place which you can't access. The only right thing what you can to do, is turn around and go away!". I'm sure, in 99% this happens - criminal will turn around and will go away.

Yes, it takes time to take phone and press button, but it will be a lot of faster than try to call police, family or friends. It will be much more effective - the victim know that he/she may be unable to make a call but if there is only one click on button - it is possilble to do this. Also, criminal will know - after that click he/she is recorded and he/she can't do anything to create alibi, there is no reason to take away victims phone... the best is to go away and compose a story as to why he/she wanted to do it...

As you already understood - the idea is that after clicking button on the phone, the video is automatically recorded on server, never mind it's goverment, police or any commercial company (like google, facebook, phone developer company, etc.).

Ofcourse, here are a lot of nuanses like possibility of false records (tomfoolery), set-up costs, records storage, no internet connection or paid service (not for all), etc. Believe me, all the nuances can be resolved.

Some solution ideas:
