Facts about drinking water
When I write an article, original article, I like to write from my own experience rather from what I have heard.
I know that drinking plenty of water is good for you.
So I have started several years ago to begin my day with a huge glass of water, about half a liter.
I am blessed living in the mountains and drinking water from the tab and also when I go to admire the sorroundings I drink it from the small rivers, which is the water from the glacier.
I feel much better since then.
So lets see some benefits about drinking water :
- mantain the pH balance, the body temperature, the metabolism, breathing
-prevents the constipation, heartburn, migraine, gastritis and ulcers, kidney stones, cardiovascular disorders, reumathoid arthritis, backache and osteoporosis.
It is required in excess amount by pregnant women and nursing mother.
Proper water levels in the body prevents the body from dehydration.
A number of skin problems can be perevented by taking adequate amount of water.
So those are just a few benefits about our ”should be free” source of living.
Clean air , clean water and clean food are the essential things for a healthy living.
