Three good ways to relax yourselves
Maybe you are housewives, you have to send your kids to go to school every morning and pick them up after work. Maybe you are teens, you have to finish your homework every day, but you don’t like the subject you are studying and you need to tackle with various examination and essays. Maybe you are office ladies, and you need to take care of your kids, your husband and your parents. Every day you need to get up early in the morning, cook breakfast for your family, then take kids to school, prepare suits for your husband and then you have to face pressure from your work. When you are off work, you need to go to hospital to look after your sick mother. At night, you need to check your children’s homework. And they are just so naughty, that you need to tell story to make them go to sleep. Or maybe you just break up with your girlfriend, your best friend desperately needs your help, and you just get a chance to get promoted so you have to face stress from other competitors.
Due to all kinds of daily trifles, stress from family and pressure from your work, you just feel you can’t find a good time to relax yourselves. You are eager for a vocation to make yourself away from annoying daily life. But you can’t decide to have a vocation by your own decision. Then how could you relax.
To some extent, some stress is good for you. It can sharpen your sense and your mind. While on the other hand, too much stress will be detrimental to your mental and physical health. You need to find a balance in your life, which can reduce some health risks associated with stress or pressure. Below are some good tips for you to reduce the tension in your life.
Firstly, deep breath makes your calm down.
If you feel stressed, you can take a deep breath while calm is linked with relaxed breathing, which is Michael Lee said. You can imagine that you feel your breath coming and going as your mind remain concentrate there. Inhale and feel your entire belly, sides and lower back expand. Exhale, sighing again as you drop your chest, and feeling your belly, back and sides contract. And then you can repeat for 10-15 times, till you feel calm down. Don’t afraid too much.
Then you feel stressed for a long time. You need to have good rest or even have a vocation. You can make a plan to have a journey. If possible, you can go with your friend, girlfriend or boyfriend. Then you can talk about some happy chat and enjoy yourselves. Going to a place with beautiful scenery is a good choice as you can enjoy beauty. And scientist said that when you see beautiful things you can feel happy just like when boys see beautiful girls, they will feel relax. But maybe some boys will feel stressed when speaking to a strange girl so just look at her. In this vocation you should make yourselves leave far away from the things that make your stressed. If possible, you can turn off your cell phone and fully enjoy a good rest.

These are my ways to relax. When I am stressed in public, I will take deep breath to calm down. When stressed for a long time, I will take a vocation. In daily life, I will play online games to relax.
