Then you will need to go to swamps as Father Urhney is there. He lives near the coast very west of the swamp. When you reach there, walk in and speak to him about the problem. When he gives you a ghostspeak amulet which allows you to talk with Ghost, you can wear it and return back to the Graveyard.

When you get there, open the coffin and speak to the ghost who will be amazed that you could talk to him. He will tell you a wizard who comes from the Wizard’s Tower has stolen the skull from his coffin.

Now you should wear the armor and head over to Wizard’s tower. Along the road that you go to Father Urhney’s house, and you need to pass the coast walk till you hit a bridge. When you reach the Wizard’s Tower, climb downstairs to the basement. And you will see an alter in the northeastern room. With the alter, you can find the skull. You should be carefully at this moment as the Skeleton in the corner will come back to life and prepare to hit you and you need to avoid hit.

Take the skull back to the graveyard. And speak to the ghost that you have got the skull and you will be asked to make him in peace by putting the skull in the coffin.
