Get Traffic With Google Plus
I was on a great Hangout (Webinar) with all the leaders in Empower Network last night. We used a service called Google Hangout on Google Plus (G+). I will tell you what Google plus is and how it can help your business but first what did I learn from the top earners in the business?
First I learned you have to have a mindset and not just a mindset a winner’s mindset. Do you believe in the product you promote? The top earner read books listen to audios and basically feed their minds with positive information that they can use to make them a better person.
Second you have to have focus, we have to commit to the business and make a plan and work that plan. If your plan is to take a walk or a run first thing in the morning then come back check your emails, then write an article. Do that, and have someone hold you accountable for your work. Why? you create habits and one day you will get the results you are looking for or you will be able to adjust your plan because you are not getting the results.
Third, in order to be a good leader you have to be a good follower. My mentor has showed me things and at first I did not do them, but I was not getting the results my mentor was getting, now on the Google hangout they said in order to be a good leader you have to be a good follower, I had an eye opening moment.
I write this to tell you my mentor was using Google + and I was not using it in my marketing, then I went on it and began to get leads and was thinking I should of listen and taking action before. So what is Google +?
Google+ (pronounced and sometimes written as Google Plus, sometimes
abbreviated as G+) is a multilingual social networking and identity service owned and operated by Google Inc. It was launched on June 28, 2011.[5] As of December 2012, it has a total of 500
million registered users of whom 235 million are active in a given
month.[1] Unlike other conventional social networks
which are generally accessed through a single website, Google has described
Google+ as a "social layer" consisting of not just a single site, but
rather an overarching "layer" which covers many of its online
properties.
With this site
you can connect with people and see what other sites they have and with a click
of the button be their Facebook friend or Twitter.
On July 14, 2011, Google announced that
Google+ had reached 10 million users just two weeks after the launch of a
"limited" trial phase. After
four weeks in operation, it had reached 25 million unique visitors. Based on ComScore, the biggest market was the United States followed by India. In October 2011, the service reached
40 million users, according to Larry Page; by the end of the year Google+ had 90
million users.
If you are not using Google plus as a part of your marketing maybe you should put it into your marketing plan and if you start to get better results with targeting potential customers or partners with Google + you know what to do, but if you don’t and feel its not for you just know you tried but know that all the big earners in the internet business are talking about this service.
