Home-stay Trekking in Nepal

While searching for new and attractive destination for the tourists, recently the Tamang Heritage trail Langtang, Rasuwa has been found one of the best trekking routs near about 120km north to Kathmandu with an unparalleled combination of nature beauty and cultural riches. It is untouched by roads; the area offers a life unfolding experience. The main inhabited here are Tamang and Sherpa, whose origin and culture remains hundreds of years back. The people, craftsmanship, dress, traditionally built stone houses and the beautifully craved wooden porches reflect the solitude and the serenity of the Himalayan scenery make this are a ideal model trekking destination in Nepal. Historical places like Rasuwagadi, religious attractions like Tatopani, Parbati Kunda etc are the additional features of this new route. A trekking here is supposed to be home staying a unique experience or tented camp benefiting and promoting the locals.

Langtang Valley Trekking:   Langtang Valley Trekking  is the easy Moderate trekking of Langtang Trekking Region. Langtang village Trek start from Syabru Bensi or Dhunche from Sybru Bensi, trail start from the Langtang River crossing different Tamang Cultural villages and then Langtang valley finally we will reach in Kyanching Gompa (3,900.) then If you have time we have optional hiking to Tsesku Ri (4984m) to see the beautiful, gorgeous mountain views.  Main highlights of  Langtang valley trekking  are panorama view of Langtang Lirung (7227m), Gang Chhenpo (6388m), Naya Kangri (5846m) and Ponggen Dokpu (5930m) Ganesh Himal, Naya Kanga, Yala peak(5500) and more mountains view.  This region lies north of Kathmandu, 75 km north of Kathmandu, is the area dominated by Tamang and Sherpas whose language, culture and dress different from that of Solukhumbu Sherpas.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru besi and overnight in tea house.

Day 02: Syabru besi trek to Gatlang (5 hrs) and overnight in lodge

Day 03: Gatlang trek to Tatopani (6-7 hrs) and overnight in community lodge.

Day 04: Tatopani trek to Thuman (6 hrs) and overnight in community lodge

Day 05: Thuman trek to Briddim (6 hrs) and overnight in local home.

Day 06: Briddim trek to Lamahotel (6 hrs) and overnight in teahouse

Day 07: Lamahotel trek to Langtang (6hrs) and overnight in teahouse

Day 08: Langtang trek to Kanjin (4 hrs) and overnight in teahouse

Day 09: Kanjin rest day & hike to Langsisa Kharka or Glacier langtang lirung or hike to Tsherko ri (5000M)

Day 10: Kanjin trek to Lama hotel (6 hours)

Day 11: Lama hotel trek to Thulosyabru (5-6 hours)

Day 12: Thulosyabru- Sin gompa- Cholangpati 5-6hours

Day 13: Cholangpati- Lauribina- Gosaikunda- Lauribina (6-7 hours)

Day 14: Lauribina- Dhunche. 7-8 Hours slowly.

Day 15: Dhunche- Kathmandu

 

Cost: 376 + 2 day more 28$= US$ 550 Person(Food not include)
