             Smart phone applications are rapidly gaining popularity. Websites, databases, and applications on smart phones and tablets allow retrieval of information when and where it is needed. People are finding many uses for mobile technology everywhere, in fieldwork, design studios, and laboratories, where access to databases can be very helpful. The idea of the CHT (Counter Human Traffickers) smart phone application is to create an accurate system based on prevention, safety and help to make the world a better place. The application can be used by anyone who wants to know how to prevent human trafficking and how you can help a victim. Studies have shown that almost everyone on planet earth own a smart phone, and the portability could make the application a powerful tool to help people make better decision and do the right thing to prevent human trafficking. Human trafficker information retrieved from the application includes full name, age, race, eye color and everything else that can help everyone ID someone as soon as possible. Like I said before, you will have a lot of articles that will educate you about human trafficking. Information on everything you can do to help a victim and especially what to do if you see a human trafficker somewhere.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

                   Education, prevention, and help are the foundation for development of CHT (Counter Human Trafficker). One of the most important things is gathering information. We are going to need help from Intelligence Agency we can find. Those who agreed to help us will give us all the Information we want on former and actual Human trafficker. We will also need to recruit experts from those agencies who know everything in this area to write several articles about Human traffickers to educate everyone in details about their behavior, their trick and how they think. They will provide a step by step guide that will teach people what to do to help a victim. We are not forgetting about the technical team who is going to create the application. The goals and objectives for this idea will focus on implementing mobile technology that:

 Improves citizen safety.

 Facilitates coordination and information sharing both local and international.

 Enhances the ability and effectiveness of Officer of the law to perform their jobs.

 Facilitates coordinated crime prevention and reduction.

 Provides high levels of data security.

 Provides an open, flexible, reliable technology base for the future.

 Facilitates the electronic capture of data at its source.

 Is easy to use.

 Deal with information overload

SUMMARY

                Creating Counter Human Traffickers Smartphone application provided an opportunity for anyone to educate themselves, identify human trafficker and develop a solution. The project required the people to evaluate the relationship between the problem, the information, the user, and the technology using everything that the project requires. Creating checklists for a series of steps will help us develop a useful and user-friendly application for anyone who want to help the law find them, track them and lock them up.
