Those who know me will know that I am not swept of my feet that easily; I am a skeptical person. I do not join many programs outside the Traffic exchange industry. I promote actively a few selected programs in addition to my own companies.

These will be your ads when you become a member. As a member you can promote your own sites as well as affiliate programs. By promoting both the program and the contest/prize pages you will build a downline and even more exposure for your ads on social media. This is really the bare essence of the service. The program is, as i write this, still free to join although upgrading is recommended when you can afford it. What I also like is the great level op training and support. There are many videos explaining you what to do and how. Once you have set it up the program will require little time investment. Because it will go viral and deliver you both traffic and earnings.

Note: just joining free and promote your affiliate link won't do the trick. You need to take time to watch the videos in the back office in order to set up everything the correct way. However the vids contain great info and insights in online marketing in general. I am sure you will learn a lot watching them.
