GALAXY TAB P3100: AN EXCELLENT TAB & SMART PHONE
I have recently bought Galaxy Tab 3100 and am very happy to use it. I have been easily able to use it as a Smartphone with the awesome inbuilt features and with the help of free Bluetooth headset from Samsung. The tab has excellent graphics and quite friendly user interface. The android OS is definitely an advantage. I can watch HD videos on YouTube without having any hassles. The tab has its own pre installed browser, but i can also use a chrome browser on it, which gives me an experience similar to my laptop.
The typing pad was not very good in the initial version, but when i updated the tab’s software this problem was also resolved. Now i can type as fast as a non-touch phone. I can chat with my friends on WhatsApp, GTalk, Facebook chat, etc.
It has an excellent battery life. With an above average usage, the tab can survive for 2 full days. Wherein most of the other smart phones would die in max 1 day.
The tab also has an exciting feature that i can take a snapshot of the screen at any point of time. Therefore, if i am surfing on the internet and find something exciting, I can immediately take a snapshot of it and save it for future reference.
The tab come in with an inbuilt Polaris office application, which lets you access all your mail attachments without any hassle. In fact, I have written this blog from my Samsung Galaxy tab itself.
With all the above exciting feature, there a few limitations of using this tab:
Firstly, the tab does not support any printers apart from Samsung.
Secondly, it is on a little heavy side for a daily usage.
Thirdly, some of the gaming applications behave a bit weird on this tab.
