Team I Found Gold,

As I was watching the opening of the Olympic Games last night, looking at all these athletes... most of whom train their entire lives for this one moment...
        ... the moment where they got to give EVERYTHING they got for a chance... a very small chance to grab the Gold... I started to think...
How many athletes train for years and years for a chance like that, and how many actually make it to the Olympics?
A fraction of a fraction.
And even when the Olympic dream happens, what's the chance of them actually walking away with a Gold Medal?
Again very slim.
But yet hundreds of thousands of people around the world in every generation dream about this and dedicate years of their lives for that kind of a chance... KNOWING the odds are totally against them.
But you know what...

You don't have to compete with World-Class athletes, risk getting an injury and missing out completely... and there's DEFINITELY more than 1 spot to be a winner.
But you do have to "play" every day and the REAL competition is not out there, but inside.
You have to silence the inner-critic that maybe telling you...
"You Can't"...
"You Shouldn't"...
"You don't have the skills"...
"You're not good enough"...
"You should just settle for a normal job and not go for it"...
That's the REAL enemy.
That's what's STOPPING you from success.
There's so much out there... the market is so big, like an ocean... you can have as little or as much as you want... yet most people choose to walk up with a teaspoon instead of backing up
with a truck and getting all they can.
The difference between those who make a lot and others who pick up small table scraps is DESIRE and SKILL.
I know you got the desire... you wouldn't be reading this if you didn't.
But if you're lacking in the skill area... that is EASY to fix.
