Understanding your Zeek Organizational Chart
Understanding your Organizational Chart
Your Organizational Chart shows you how your business is growing. It lets you see the position occupied by each Associate in your Matrix, three "rows" at a time.
When you first open your chart, the top-center position is YOU.
Just under your position is your "affiliate counter."
The Counter tells you how many subscribers are in your organization.
When you first join as a ZeekRewards Affiliate you are placed in the group of the person who invited you, i.e., your Sponsor. Depending on how many Affiliates have already joined his groups, you could be placed directly to his/her left or right, or several, even many, positions down the line from him/her.
As your sponsor and others up the line from you continue their marketing efforts, all of their new Affiliates will go into THEIR chart, which means that some of them may go into YOUR chart. This is called "spillover".
Many affiliates are surprised to learn that they are accumulating a few dozen, even a few HUNDRED subscribers simply because of spillover.
How Your Chart Fills
As you begin introducing ZeekRewards to others, you will begin to generate your own enrollments of new ZeekRewards Subscribers.
Your personal enrollees will always go to the first open position under you, filling from top to bottom, left to right. Remember, each new Affiliate that YOU generate will be counting as spillover for the others above him/her.
As the Affiliates in your group begin doing their own marketing, THEIR new Affiliates will begin filling in positions of YOUR chart. It is indeed a beautiful thing to see!
Getting Paid
ANY new Subscription sale, ANYWHERE in your group, will advance your counter by 1 point. You earn commissions each time anyone in your matrix upgrades to a Premium affiliate and each time they pay their subscription!
Navigating Your Chart
Your computer screen can only display three rows at a time. As your group grows you will soon have Affiliates on rows beyond the third. Viewing these additional rows is simple. Here's how you do it.
In each "block" of your chart you will see the Associate's username and his/her screen name. The UserName is a "hyperlink". Point your mouse to the underlined UserName and click the left mouse-button. This will reload the Organizational Chart and move the Associate you selected to the top center. This will let you see the three rows below THAT Associate.
To go back to the previous chart, use the lower-left button marked "Click To Go Back".
Using these two features you can navigate throughout your entire organization! Don't be afraid to try it out. You'll find it easy after a few minutes. If you find yourself feeling lost, just keep clicking the lower-left button until you get back to your starting position with YOU at the Top Center.
Enjoy your Organizational Chart, and use it to follow your dreams!!Courtney Lawrence
