It takes money to make money.
It can be said there is an argument for everything, this is absolutely true. For instance if i said free traffic sources do not work, you could say "you're doing it wrong" and that could be true, free traffic sources work best when promoting other free traffic sources. and if i say free traffic sources do not work for promoting business opportunities you could say "your still doing it wrong" and that could be true, using splash pages and auto responders to set yourself apart might be the trick after all. And if i say promoting free business opportunities do not work, but for getting tire kickers, you could say "be persistent and you will build a subscriber list of potential buyers later on down the road" of course that is also true. The estimated ROI of a subscriber list from free traffic sources is 1-2% how long will it take to earn $10 a month with this strategy? After two years of learning the ropes of online marketing i can confidently say that it does take money to make money online, sadly it also takes money to lose money online. The hope of all marketers is that for every dollar spent a lesson will be learned about successful internet marketing, good luck with that philosophy. I am a few hundred dollars poorer and none the wiser about earning a living online, not to mention the hours, weeks, and months i spent chasing "credits". It's time to change my strategy and and start investing wisely, but is that possible with the 1,000's of opportunities online? who do you trust when asking for help? Everybody is more than happy to offer you an opportunity their not even making money with, and those that are making money seem a little too tight lipped to share their wisdom and knowledge, but are pleased to share pictures of their big piles of money. Is the competition so fierce that once you succeed you feel the need to keep it to yourself? my favorite is the multi-millionaire who really wants to help you after you pay them $100, that must be how they got their millions in the first place. I traveled the road of "free" long enough without getting any seed money to invest in a multi-millionaire strategy. Right now I stand at the threshold of paid advertising to get referrals for programs that pay me for my effort, but what paid advertising sources should i use? The internet is a big pond with big fish and i feel like a guppy trying to get a grub for my empty tummy.
